Thin leather evenly with the super skiver
This super skiver is the perfect tool to ‚peel‘ your leather professionally. Thanks to the sharp blade of the leather planer, it is really easy to thin your leather evenly. The ergonomically shaped handle allows a good grip - no slipping when working.
Chamfering of belt ends and edges
The super skiver is ideal for chamfering edges. You simply pull it downwards along the edge of the leather piece. Make sure to hold the skiver close to the leather on one side and slightly at an angle.
You can also use the skiver to thin out complete leather ends, first the two sides and then the middle part. This procedure is most of all used on belt ends.
Replacing a blunt blade in seconds
This super skiver comes with a replacement blade that can be exchanged very easily. Just loosen both screws on top of the leather thinner to take the blade out.
