Terms of payment

For deliveries within Germany, you have the following payment options:
- Prepayment via transfer
- Payment via credit card
- Payment via PayPal
- Payment by invoice : Purchase on account is only available to public authorities, theatres and film productions.

For deliveries abroad, you have the following payment options:
- Prepayment via transfer
- Payment via credit card
- Payment via PayPal

Further payment details

In isolated cases, we reserve the right to make the delivery only against prepayment by bank transfer.
Payment by invoice is possible under the following conditions:
• There are no outstanding claims from other orders.
• Delivery to a private household or a Post pack station is not possible when buying on account.
• If the due date stated on the invoice is exceeded, the customer is in default of payment.
• For default of payment, default interest of 5% will have to be payed.
• The costs of the default action are at the buyer’s expense.
• The invoice amount is to be settled for payment on account within 14 days.
• If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
