Fiebing's 100% Pure Neatsfoot Oil - pure ox neatsfoot oil
Neatsfoot Oil is very popular for preserving, softening and waterproofing leather.
100% Pure Neatsfoot Oil greases and restores the suppleness of the leather.
Car restorators use this oil for softening saddle bags and car seats which have become hard.
Use of Neatsfoot Oil - patience is required
Pour some oil in a container, a can for instance or any other small container, use a cloth or sponge for application, dip it slightly into the oil, then apply on the leather and rub it gently in in circles.
When you first apply Pure Neatsfoot Oil, it will penetrate quickly and the area will appear dark, spotty and uneven. No need to panic!
Treat the areas of the first application with a second one. 'Light' areas will now show that may need a little more oil.
As the oil penetrates, the result will become more even.
After 24 hours, the leathers will lighten to the tones they will eventually have without any more oiling.
Tips for pros
A small amount of neatsfoot oil will go a long way, do not apply too much, it would do more harm than good. Avoid 'soaking' your item in oil, as it will actually take the 'life' out of the leather, draw dirt into the open pores and sweat oil out in the heat of the sun.
It is best to test your oiling skills beforehand on a small piece of scrap leather.

The leather will darken slightly through treatment with Neatsfoot Oil.
Do not use this oil on suede or nubuck!

Ordered fiebings 946 ml neatsfoot oil
On Wednesday, 16th February. I ordered fiebings neatsfoot oil (946 ml bottle) I Paid 25.79 for the oil, and 11.90 (i think?) for shipping to Ireland, (37.69 total) I received it 22nd February, 7 days later! in a small cardboard box, the bottle itself was wrapped up with brown paper, At the bottom there was an envelope containing a printed invoice, and a business card. Surprisingly enough There was even some goodies (candies) added in too: 2 tiny packets of haribo gummies, 1 haribo liquorice coil, and 2 "RITTERSPORT", (a "joghurt" one, and a "marzipan" one, haven't tried either yet) Yeah, more than i was expecting in the box! About the neatsfoot oil, when i first opened it, it was "solidified", but it melts pretty easily, kinda like goose/duck fat in a sense, it's a bit smelly too, not gonna lie! I never give 10 out of 10, because i'm never fully happy, not even right now, but i feel this place still deserves it anyway, What is there to complain about anyway? I received my order in 7 days from Germany to Ireland... ... And i got goodies in the box too! Will probably order from this site again.

Hab vor einem Jahr angefangen mal immer wieder Teile meiner Lieblings-Lederklamotten mit dem Öl zu behandeln. Man braucht echt nicht viel davon und alles sieht aus wie neu und wird butterweich. Super Produkt!

Extrem weiches Leder
Neatsfoot Oil nutze ich zur Pflege meiner Lederstücke. Alles wird sehr weich und geschmeidig. Man sieht richtig wie das Leder auflebt. Die Qualität von Fiebings Neatsfoot Oil ist hervorragend! Danke für die superschnelle Lieferung :-)
