Bag-Kote was originally developed by John Fiebing over a hundred years ago for U.S. Mail postman's bags and remains unchanged to this day.
Important tips for application
Bag-Kote can be applied with a wool-dauber, a sheep's skin or a damp sponge. Of course it can also be sprayed.
It can be thinned up to 20% with water. Please note that Bag-Kote needs to be applied at room temperature or warmer. If it is applied cold, it will streak.
Contrary to what is said in some forums, Bag-Kote is not toxic but has a very slight ammonia smell when drying.
