Protect leather against weather influences
Fiebing’s Saddle Lac is a clear, fast-drying lac finish which protects saddles against drying out and dirt due to weather influences.
Saddle Lac dries after application to a shiny, smooth and hard surface which can withstand the strain of horse-riding flexibly and does not crack.
With Fiebing’s Saddle Lac you can finish even greater surfaces fast and easy.
Before and after application
Before application the leather has to be cleaned, for ex. with Fiebing's Saddle Soap, and has to dry completely.
Spray from a distance of approx. 15 cm, pressing the nozzle only slightly.
To prevent the nozzle from clogging, turn the can upside down after each use and spray slightly.
Sealing of Sheridan Style carvings
Fiebing’s Saddle Lac is perfectly suited as a finish for Sheridan Style leather carving works.
Sheridan Style is a floral western style particularly popular in the United States and Mexico.
Sheridan Style usually shows stylized pictures of roses and hogweed.
This style has been made famous by renowned carver Al Stohlman.
To paint the detailed carvings of the Sheridan Style motifs, a fine paint brush like Fiebing's Dye Brush is the right tool.
The shiny surface you achieve thanks to Fiebing's Saddle Lac embellishes your Sheridan Style creation.

Life-changer!!!
I always struggle so much with keeping saddles in good condition - I go riding at least twice a week and am always looking for ways to keep them in tip-top condition. Tried this and managed to get three of mine back into good condition! Will definitely buy again when it runs out.
