The easy way to redye satin shoes

Thanks to the easy to use TRG Satin Dye, a bride's shoe does not have to remain a bride's shoe! A highly pigmented dye for pumps, court shoes, handbags and all things made of satin that you can easily dye another colour yourself.
TRG Satin Dye is perfectly suitable for redyeing and touching up. It bonds with the fibre and dries waterproof.

For refreshing and redyeing

TRG Satin Dyes are easy to crossmix and to thin with water.
With penetrating dyes, you can dye from light to dark only: e.g. you can dye a beige shoe blue - not the other way round!
Exception: White, Ivory and Silver are opaque dyes. They can also be used on dark shoes.

Before you start, remove dirt and proofing with a damp cloth.
Make sure to wear rubber gloves and to shake the bottle a couple of times.

Always dye only moistened fabric (moisten shoe or hand bag with a little sponge, otherwise dye edges will occur).

Using a brush or a wool-dauber, apply the dye, starting at the seam.
Be very careful not to 'soak' your shoe completely in TRG Satin Dye.
Do not pause while dyeing and, if possible, dye the shoe in one go. Apply a second coat of TRG Satin Dye immediately after the first one, using less dye this time and paying particular attention to uneven areas.

For application on a plane surface we recommend our dye sponges or the wooldauber. A brush and a little sponge come with the 50ml dye.

What should I do after dyeing with Satin Dye?

Allow Satin Dye to dry for 24 hours after dyeing. Best at room temperature and not in direct sunlight. After that, the dye will be fixed and watertight.
For protection of the shoe and dye, we recommend an impregnation. You will find a lot of excellent impregnation sprays in the PATIN-A Shop.

Tip:

Shoes should always be stored with a shoe tree. If you do not have a shoe tree, just stuff soft tissue paper or something similar into the shoe. The shoes can then dry slowly and remain in perfect shape.
The same applies to satin hand bags: stuff it with paper before you store the bag. It will keep its shape and still look like new after years.

super easy for beginners

used this to change the colour of an old pair of shoes. super easy to use and made them look amazing. was not expecting that from my first dyeing project!

tolle Farbe und noch besserer Service :) hellrot und kirschrot gemischt = knallrot

Ich habe Rainbow Brautschuhe in vormals ivory gefärbt.
Da ich ein richtig knalliges Rot wollte, aber eben auch nicht zu hell, habe ich beide Rottöne bestellt und 2:1 (mehr hellrot) gemischt.
Nach dem ersten Färben waren meine Schuhe knallpink und ich völlig verunsichert. Ich eollte schon aufgegeben, doch der Kundenservice hat mich mit einer blitzartigen Antwort motiviert, eine 2. Schicht zu färben und siehe da die Schuhe sind jetzt wie gewünscht richtig rot.

Das Färben selbst geht mit der Farbe sehr leicht. Der Schwamm ist aber Mist, ich hab stattdessen ein make-up Schwämmchen benutzt. Ich habe noch etwa 1/6 hellrot und 2/3 kirschrot übrig bei Pumps Größe 39.

Toll ist, dass die Farbe wasswrfest trocknet. Auch die ausführliche Anleitung finde ich super.
Alles in allem bin ich mehr als zufrieden.

Le soulier de satin

mes souliers de satin gris clair, je les ai teints en rouge. Hyper facile à faire. Ça tient, c'est du plus joli effet. Patina, j'adore.

Top Ergebnis

Diese Farbe ist großartig und hat meine Pumps perfekt umgestylt. Die Farbe kann ganz leicht aufgetragen werden.
Jetzt habe ich richtig coole Satinpumps ?

Tolle Schuhe und Handtasche

Habe Schuhe und Handtasche gefärbt. Es hat sehr gut geklappt und das Ergebnis ist hervorragend.

Super Ergebnis

Ich habe mehrere Satinpumps einfärben müssen und bin von dieser Farbe sehr begeistert.
Sie ist pigmentstark und leicht aufzutragen. Nach 24 Stunden sogar fixiert ohne, dass man ein zusätzliches Produkt kaufen muss.
Will ich gerne weiterempfehlen

Sehr gute Farbe

Ich habe das Dunkelviolett und das Schwarz bereits ausprobiert. Beide Farben färben hervorragend und sind sehr pigmentstark.
Das Färben ist wirklich kinderleicht - man muss sich nur trauen ;-)

Ehemalige Brautschuhe

Meine weißen Satinpumps nur einmal tragen? Echte Verschwendung!
Ich habe sie jetzt passend zu meinem edlen Sommerkleid gefärbt. Dazu habe ich Hellrot und Krischrot gemischt und den perfekten Farbton erhalten. Die Pumps sehen phantastisch aus und ich bin sehr glücklich mit dem Ergebnis.
