QAC TP - Contact Adhesive - Spray Adhesive

No-fuss spraying and gluing

The Spray Adhesive QAC TP is a broadly applicable, high quality industrial contact adhesive with high adhesive strength.
In addition to its excellent waterproof properties, it can be used for applications such as decorative laminating, veneering, bonding textiles, fabrics, upholstery, foam, cork, glass, mirrors, tiles, metals, plywood and plastics.

Due to its sensitivity to pressure, it is particularly suitable for bonding foam and fabrics.
This high-quality and very inexpensive adhesive is very popular with costume departments.

How to use QAC TP Spray Adhesive

• Apply the QAC TP-Adhesive to the two surfaces to be bonded from a distance of 10-20 cm.
• Make sure that the surfaces are dry, clean and free from oil, grease and other solvents.
• Spray the material in order to cover at least 80 % of the surface.
• Do not wet the surfaces.
• After application, leave the material for 1-2 minutes.
• For porous surfaces, it is recommended to apply a further coat after the drying time has ended.
• Then join the surfaces together and press firmly.
• The total curing time of the adhesive is 24 hours.
• The ideal curing temperature for optimal bonding is at least 18°C. 


You should pay attention to this:

• Before use, make a test to see if your material is compatible with the adhesive.
• This product is for professional use only.
• Be sure to spray the spray head free right after use. To do this, turn the can upside down and spray until no more adhesive comes out.

• Drying time: 2-3 minutes
• Viscosity: 300 cps 25° C-SP # 2, 30r.p.m.
• Shear force: > 150 psi 
• Keep away from ignition sources
• Heat resistance: +60°C
• Use only in well ventilated areas.

Use product carefully. Always read the label and danger warnings before use.

Liquid and vapour easily flammable. Causes skin irritation. Causes severe eye irritation.
May be fatal if swallowed and enters airways.
If medical advice is required, have packaging and label at hand.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Read label before use.
Avoid release into environment.
Dispose of content/container according to local regulations.
