VIDO Care Cloths
are made of the finest and very soft material and have been specially impregnated (this special impregnation does not corrode the metals). They should not be washed (even if they turn black in the course of time - they do not loose their properties though!)
The mat oxide veil that makes silver look unattractive very quickly disappears at once.
Tip:
For cleaning tarnished silver, humidify one corner of the cloth with water and rub over the black areas. This pretreatment begins to dissolve the oxidation. Then buff with dry side of cloth.
