Hang Check is the practical invention of a stylist from New York. When a clothes rail has to be moved somewhere else, several hangers usually fall off, land on the floor and get run over. Dirt marks and tears are the order of the day. Forget tape, straps and other clumsy fixings: Hang Check reliably and easily stops hangers from falling.

How Hang Check works

Two clip mounts in a U-shaped plastic cover lock onto the clothes rail. The rail securely encloses the hanger hooks, so all hangers under the Hang Check are protected from falling. Whether on a rolling clothes rack, a costume transport vehicle or fixed rails: with Hang Check everything stays in place.

Which Hang Check set fits my clothes rail?

We had sets made in different lengths, matched to the clothes rail sizes of the European market. European rails take smaller clips because the metal tubes are slightly thinner (standard circumference 9 cm, for rails from 5 to 10 cm). The lengths of these Hang Checks (label: light orange & deep blue) are adapted as well. We marked them Euro Rail to avoid mix-ups.
For standard rails (for example the rolling racks you can borrow from a costume store) take the 80 cm Hang Checks (light orange). The 67.5 cm Hang Checks (deep blue) fit smaller rails (for example folding racks). You can of course mix both sizes on one rail.
International rails (marked US / Industrial Rail) need slightly larger clips because the tube circumference is usually 10 cm or more. The length of these rails (label: deep orange) is matched to the rails common in the USA and is 73.5 cm each.
Rule of thumb: thin or standard clothes rail = EU Hang Check, thick clothes rail = US Hang Check.

Storage: secured!

When you do not need them, simply clip the Hang Checks onto the side bar of the rack. They hold rock solid there and wait for the next job.

Keep track: secure the size dividers

The matching accessories for the rails are the Hang Check Loop Clips. The highly flexible clips fit clothes rails of any thickness and hold the size dividers in place during transport. They are also handy as a holder for accessories and anything that cannot be hung on a hanger.
