How does the abdominal warmer work?

The round heat pad is best placed near the lower abdomen or on the lower back, from where it can deliver targeted heat.

Where do I place the Thermopad abdominal warmer? 

Stick the heat pad into your panties from the inside so that the fleece fits snugly against the skin below your belly button.
Tip: To avoid an unpleasant feeling of warmth, we recommend that you never wear the heat patch directly under a very tight waistband or belt.
The Thermopad Abdominal Warmer is comfortable and discreet to wear and cannot be seen from the outside.
After opening the packaging, the protective foil must first be removed from the adhesive surface.
Then the warmer can be placed anywhere on the body on the bottom layer of clothing (do not stick it directly to the skin!).
It is important to provide further insulation so that the full warmth can develop over 12 hours.

How long does it take for the lower body heat pad to warm up?

The heat pad warms up slowly and reaches a temperature of about 50 °C after about 30 minutes. The temperature is kept constant for the rest of the specified treatment time.
Please note:
The heat pad should not be used on diseased, injured or damaged skin, in case of bruises and swellings - or on body parts without heat sensation.
