PATIN-PASTE has the texture of a paste, is water based and can easily be washed out. All PATIN-PASTE colour tones can very well be cross-mixed to achieve the perfect distressing colour tone for your costume. |
Fix PATIN-PASTE with further PATIN-A products

This paste is a slightly pigmented water based distressing product. It can be easily removed. Experimenting and trying out new patinations: PATIN-PASTE is perfect for that - you cannot do much wrong with this product. Its paste-like consistency allows a generous application in only minutes (e.g. with a surface distressing paint brush), which simplifies work a lot. Take a look at our blog for the distressing of an olive green shirt with PATIN-PASTE in only 20 minutes. If patinated costumes have to be worn over a longer period of time it is worth fixing them (after drying of the paste) with PATIN-CREME or PATIN-WAX. You will achieve an excellent fixation with a thin coat of GAC 900. This is best done with the spray can YouCan, Preval Spray System or an airbrush. Please note that fixations are not wash resistant. |
