A leather glue not only for leather
Fiebing's Leather Glue (Leathercraft Cement) is a very flexible and powerful polymeric glue.
It glues not only leather but also paper, fabrics (e.g. felt) and wood.
Applying and removing
Apply Fiebing's Leatherglue - Leathercraft Cement with a (bristle-) brush or directly from the dosage nozzle (comes only with the 118ml bottle).
The thick white glue is water-dilutable and easy to wash off with water in liquid state.
Instructions:
1. Prepare:
The bonding surfaces have to be clean, dry and dust-free.
You can roughen very smooth leather with sanding paper or a sole ruffer.
2. Glue:
Apply a thin layer of Fiebing`s Leathercraft Cement on both surfaces.
Press both surfaces firmly together while the adhesive is still wet.
You have to press both surfaces together until Fiebing`s Leathercraft Cement has dried. A good way to be sure the bonding will last is to lay a heavy object on the glued leather until complete drying.

ok hear me out...my daughter has a favourite pair of sandals with loads of trimmings on them and some of the trimmings have come off...it made her so sad, i really wanted a way to repair them...found this glue and figured it might be a way to save them...she's so happy now i've fixed them, they're basically good as new...will definitely rebuy for any leather repairs i need to do

Fiebing's Leathercraft Cement - Ein Superkleber für Leder
Nach längerer Suche bin ich auf das Produkt Fiebing's gestoßen. Mein Problem war, dass auf der Sitzfläche eines zweisitzigen Ledersofas ein Schlitz von ca. 4 cm Länge entstanden war. Das Leder hatte an dieser Stelle eine Schwachstelle. Andere Kleber erfordern das Abtrocknen des aufgetragenen Klebers und anschließend ein kräftiges Zusammenpressen. In meinem Anwendungsfall ist ein Anpressen nicht möglich. Ich habe den Schlitz mit einem nicht zu steifen Stück Leder unterlegt und soweit möglich alles gut eingestrichen und 24 h trocknen lassen. Bis jetzt hält die Klebestelle. Vor der Anwendung habe ich probeweise an zwei Klebestellen probiert, inwieweit ein Pressen sich auswirkt. Die gepresste Klebestelle war nur unbedeutend fester als die ohne. Fazit, eine starke Pressung der Klebestelle ist nicht erforderlich.

Kann nichts negatives zu diesem Klebstoff berichten. Er ist dank der Drehtülle ganz sparsam auftragbar. Bin sehr begeistert vm Fiebing's Lederkleber.

Ausgezeichnet
Von Fiebings wurde ich noch nie enttäuscht! Auch nicht vom Lederklebstoff, den ich bisher nicht kannte. Patina hat das größte Fiebingssortiment und ständig neue Produkte die ich gerne ausprobiere. Einfach super dieser Shop :-) Vielen Dank!

Sehr gut!
Dieser Lederklebstoff klebt ausgezeichnet. Besonders praktisch finde ich die Dosieröffnung an der kleinen Flasche.
