Tutorial: Walking barefoot with kinesio tape
1. Take the small bottle of PATIN-TEX and paint a stripe or dot pattern on the beige fabric side of the tape.
Let it dry completely (the latex becomes transparent)
2. Transfer the footprint (left and right) to the paper side (you can also use an insole in the desired size as a pattern). It can be slightly shorter than the foot.
3 Then cut out the footprint with sharp scissors.
4. Clean the sole of the foot with the Pre-K-Gel (special gel for Kinesiotapes).
The sole of the foot must be dry, free of grease and clean.
5. To separate the film from the tape, simply tear the paper and peel off a piece.
You can then place the sole and remove the rest of the backing film.
6. Press the edges onto the foot.
That's it!

handy !
working on my first video shoot and wanted an easy way to protect the dancers' feet, found this and it's really great ! the tutorial video is extra helpful, definitely reduced my stress levels having some handy tips. the sweets in the package were great too - even if i'm on a diet :)

Sehr gutes Set
Wir haben dieses Set schon mehrfach bei Drehs eingesetzt und sind damit sehr zufrieden. Es gibt dem Schauspieler Schutz und zeigt ihm, dass wir an alles gedacht haben (Obwohl ich finde, dass man auch ohne Fußsohlen-Schutz auf Waldboden laufen kann ;-) ) Deshalb die volle Punktzahl von mir
