Leather lacing can be so easy
This lacing needle encloses the leather lacing strap and holds it. You can dedicate yourself to your work in a completely relaxed manner without having to bother about threading again and again.
How do needle and leather strap connect?
In opposition to the round lacing needles with internal thread you do not have to sharpen the leather strap when working with our lacing needles. It is simply placed between the two clamping bars at the wider end of the needle and fixed by the two prongs. To do this, open the clamping bars with your fingernails and place the leather strap inside. The clamping bars snap shut and the strap is securely held in place by the two prongs. (Slightly tap the end of the clamp with an embossing mallet). Needle and leather (lacing) strap are firmly connected.
The rounded, unshaped tip makes lacing easier. This needle is particularly suitable for complex lacing jobs.
Thanks to the needle, the lacing strap can be exchanged or replaced much faster and easier.

• Length 55 mm / Thickness 0.6 mm
• The lacing needle is best suited for working with 2.3mm to 3mm wide straps.
